We also have expertise for Component Level Repairing Laptop’s, as we are already repairing at our Mother Board’s, Printer’s, SMPS, sometimes at Customer Site.
 
GENERAL WARRANTY NORMS ISSUED BY BARODA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATION FOR PUBLIC INTEREST
 
1) Software Installtion and support is not part of standard Warranty norms.
2) Warranty is void in case of physical damage, mishandling, burns due to power fluctuation, serial no or warranty seals are tempered with or defaced or made illegible.
3) Parts such as power adaptors, plastic parts, cables. general wear and tear,etc. Are not covered in warranty/AMC
4) Warranty ( not garranty-so customer should not ask for replacement ) is provided as per manufacturer / Principle companies norms and the same is extended to customers.
5) Dealer's responsibility cease for warranty support in case of products which have service centres. Customers are requested to get in touch with the Service Centers directly.
6) Products under waranty will be replaced only if not repairable or Death on arrival and is at the descretion of Princple, nowhere dealer should be blamed, harshed on this.
7) Average time taken for the defective products to be replaced or repaired under warranty is 2 to 4 weeks. Customer should not shout, force temparory replacement from Dealers.
8) Transportation charges are to be borne by the customers at actual ( in case of warranty/repair/replacement).
9) Interest @24% Per Annuam will be charged if Bill is not paid within due date of Bill.
10) Rs. 250/- will be charged for every bounced cheque.
11) Any damage  due to virus attack is not part of the normal warranty terms. Virus removal, Data backup is not part of Standard Warranty / AMC norms
12) Operating System, applicable, or other software has to be provided by Customers
13) Charges on Spares/ Material used will be charged extra on actual
14) No warranty /Credit on Maintainance or repair
15) Maintainance & repair on customer risk

  ( DATA backup, security is not part of virus removal, customer himself has to take backup or sit with Engineer, our Engineer is not at all responsible for the same. So no argument will be tolerated and customer has to pay above said charges, Customer not using Licence Software may get effected with virus immediately after reformating, We are not responsible for virus Protection even though they installed licence Antivirus Software but pirated Operating System. No argument will be tolerated if virus re-occure next day of Installation etc, if customer is not taking precurtion guided by us.)
